We offer 2 options:

  • Standard Shipping for $5.99 per item within the domestic US region, with an estimated delivery time of 13-20 business days.
  • Express Shipping for $15.99 per item within the domestic US region, with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days.

Refund & Return Policy

As each product is custom printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or poor quality printed item
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong design, wrong product type)
  • Incorrect size item sent (different from the size ordered)
  • Item not received within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for international orders

Please note that a replacement order will take the same amount of time as a regular order (3 business days for processing and 10-20 days for delivery).

Return Policy: Please note that we are a Print-on-demand company, and our operating process involves the following steps:

  • Step 1: Customer places an order
  • Step 2: We process the order and print the product (2-3 business days)
  • Step 3: We pack and deliver the product via UPS, USPS, DHL, etc. (4-7 business days)

As a result, we cannot accept returns or cancel orders in the following scenarios:

  • Wrong size, color, or product type chosen by the customer
  • Orders that were placed over 12 hours ago and are already in the processing stage
  • If the image quality on the t-shirt is considered good
