Refund & Return Policy
As each product is custom printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or poor quality printed item
- Incorrect item sent (wrong design, wrong product type)
- Incorrect size item sent (different from the size ordered)
- Item not received within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for international orders
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us at [email protected], and our support team will assist you in arranging a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please note that a replacement order will take the same amount of time as a regular order (3 business days for processing and 10-20 days for delivery).
Return Policy: Please note that we are a Print-on-demand company, and our operating process involves the following steps:
- Step 1: Customer places an order
- Step 2: We process the order and print the product (2-3 business days)
- Step 3: We pack and deliver the product via UPS, USPS, DHL, etc. (4-7 business days)
As a result, we cannot accept returns or cancel orders in the following scenarios:
- Wrong size, color, or product type chosen by the customer
- Orders that were placed over 12 hours ago and are already in the processing stage
- If the image quality on the t-shirt is considered good
